A coalition of all the political parties in Burkina Faso has said the transition to civilian rule will take one year.This was accepted in a meeting that was held with a delegation of The African Union which included the President of Ghana and Nigeria and representatives of the military including the military leader,Hassan Traore.
Political tension erupted in Burkina Faso when ousted President Blaise Compaore wanted to manipulate the constitution to allow him stay in power for a longer time.The problems had pushed the Military to seize power.
