A mother in Indianapolis called police on her 9 year old daughter for hitting her 6 year old younger sister on the head, Huffington post reports .
According to Fox 59 who reported the news, Andrea Stumpf called police when her daughter hit her sister and when the police came, the little girl ways arrested and charged with battery.
The spokesman for the police department of Indianapolis, Officer Rafael Diaz said after examining the situation, the officer who went to the woman's house "made the arrest", WTHR reports.
A lot of child rights protection associations have been condemning this action.
