The African man and the "21st Century woman"

With the coming of the 21st Century and all the advancements it brought with it,a lot of things changed and it is unarguably true that the woman of yesterday is not the woman of today.So,as regards her relationship with the african man,(I mean generally)what has changed?The pros,the cons,have these changes helped her,has the man adapted to them, what are your thoughts?
