It is already widely accepted that the first meal of the day is the most important one and of course it helps to maintain the same weight,it is important not to skip it but recent studies have shown that a lot of people are not doing it right. So,the question should be,what is the content of your breakfast?
1.Avoid substances with a high sugar content. High sugar foods are also high in calories and can make you add weight even on your diet.A lot of people tend to take fruit juice in the morning.Don't do that. Take instead fresh fruits which are rich in fibre.
2.Do not take anything heavy in the morning. You cannot eat for example, a plate of Eba in the morning and say you are on a diet.Take things like cereals, yoghurt (the plain one)cheese, etc.and remember ,avoid sugar!
3.Also, make sure to eat moderately. Don't overeat.If you are to eat bread for example, two slices should do.If you eat too much, you enlarge your stomach and will add weight.
4.Avoid eating snacks for breakfast. The calories in them will hurt your diet.Try as much as possible to not do this.
