 World largest ranking magazine, Forbes has in their usual custom has compiled the list of the highest grossing actors for the year, 2014 and talented beautiful Hollywood actress, Jennifer Lawrence tops this year's list.

Jennifer Lawrence starred in two blockbuster hits this year; Hunger Games: Mockingjay and X- Men: Days Of Future Past.

To compile the list of top 10 actors, whose movies generated massive revenues, Forbes studies data from Box Office Mojo for “global movie grosses.”

The publication then totaled each actor’s grosses for the year ,2014 to compile the list.

cording to FORBES, the top 10 highest grossing actors at the world's box office in the order of 1 - 10 are;


1. Jennifer Lawrence - The beautiful Academy award-winning star, 24, takes the number 1 spot thanks to two of her flicks: X-Men: Days of Future Past and the penultimate The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, totally $1.4 billion in total revenue worldwide.

2. Chris Pratt - The 35-year-old actor's rendition of Peter Quill in the outer space adventure hit from Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy struck the right chord with the audience as the actor finished a close second with $1.2 billion, from his movies The Lego Movie and the Guardians of the Galaxy world.

3. Scarlett Johansson - Scarlet Johansson seems to have been every movie goer's favourite in 2014.

 Johansson was crowned in 2014,
FHM’s “Sexiest Woman Alive” in 2014. She also comes in at number three on Forbes’ list. Johansson makes it on the roster thanks to her roles in Lucy, Under the Skin and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, which raked in $1.18 billion globally.

4. Mark Wahlberg - Mark Wahlberg’s roles in The Gambler and Transformers: Age of Extinction give him the fourth spot, with gross earnings of $1 billion worldwide.

5. Chris Evans - Chris Evans is benefitting from the huge success of Captain America: The Winter Soldier.

Throw in the post-apocalyptical sci-fi Snowpiercer and Evans’ movies netted $801 million worldwide.

6. Emma Stone - The sixth spot is taken by Emma Stone, whose Birdman, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Magic in the Moonlight grossed $764 million globally.

7. Angelina Jolie  - Jolie is on the Forbes’ list for her earnings as a director and actor. Her combined earnings from Unbroken and Maleficent grossed $758 million around the world.

8. James McAvoy - His earnings from the global Box Office: $747 million

9. Michael Fassbender - Estimated global Box Office: $746 million

10. Hugh Jackman : Global Box Office: $746 million
