5 Questions To Ask In a Job Interview.

Are you a job seeker? Are you looking for a job? Have you been called for an interview and you're wondering what to do so as not to misuse that opportunity of leaving the league of the unemployed. These steps below have been researched and studied to produce positive results. Try them out;


 Job seekers generally only prepare for the interviewer's questions but as the interviewee, if you ask thoughtful and insightful questions, the interviewer will really consider you for the job. It will also help you be an individual to the employer and not just one of the other résumés.





 1.) Ask the interviewer, What Is Considered Success For This Position And The Company?

 This demonstrates that you are result driver and if given the job, it will not be a waste of their time, money and resources. It shows also that you plan to take the company higher and leave it better than you met it. Really, which company wouldn't like that?







2.) Which of the skills I possess will be indispensable for this position?





 A question like this will enable you know exactly what is expected of you and if it's a skill you do not already have, you can try to acquire and if you have, you can work on it and develop yourself further.










 3.)  Ask About The Team You'll Be Working With.












 This question is quite a brave and confident one. Asking an audacious question like this assumes already that you are certain you are going to be employed by the company.

 It will also help you find out the character of the company and know before hand, the people you will be working with. It also help you learn how to fit in psychologically and otherwise into the company and your future colleagues.






4.) How Will The Company Help Me Develop?

Ask if the employers will be offering any opportunities to better one's self professionally. If they will be providing support for continuous self and professional development such as coaching,'workshop programs and mentoring and motivational programs.

 5.) Do I have all the required qualifications for the job?

 Taking this step is definitely a bold one. It can only end up both ways. 

 First scenario is that the interviewer will admire your confidence and courage. It will equally show you are ready to improve and self develop.

 Worst case scenario is that a brave question like this might show gaps in your qualifications that might not give you the job but at least it will highlight what is lacking for you to fix for another interview so you'll get employed the next time.
