7 Ways of falling asleep quickly.

The advantages of a good night rest to the body cannot be over emphasized. We all need to sleep well. But some people are not getting enough sleep or are not even getting any. Do you fall in these categories?Then, try out these tips.
1.Determine that it is not as a result of a health condition.Certain illnesses can hamper one's ability to sleep well.So let a doctor examine you to be sure.
2.Some external factors like work problems, emotional issues can prevent you from getting to sleep.So,be sure to remove all disturbing thoughts from your mind.Block out unfinished projects and stressful thoughts so your mind feels relaxed. You ll fall asleep quicker.
3.Have a fixed time for going to bed.
    The key is getting your body adapted to a particular routine. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday.This will stop you from over sleeping.
4.Have a Conducive environment.
    Your room should be conducive for sleeping.Some people turn off the light, some put on a fan or listen to soft music.Also make sure there is no disturbing noise around you.
5.Repeat the same bedtime activity before going to sleep.You could take your bath,read a book or even sing yourself to sleep.Reminisce on pleasant or funny things
6.Avoid sleeping for more than one hour during the day.If you do, you might not be able to sleep again during the night.
7.Be physically active during the day. Do some physical activity during the day.That way, in the night, your body will crave the need to rejuvenate itself which will translate for you into a sweet, peaceful sleep for you.
